Improving our overnight PM window

And we’re tightening the 2–4 a.m. slot for belt swaps and FLIR passes on VFD cabinets, and I’m looking for small PM tasks that prevent resets rather than just feel good. Standardizing proximity sensor gaps with a 0.5 mm shim cut our MTTR to 8 minutes last week — what’s moved the needle for you?

Nice work on the sensor gaps! I found that cleaning the optics on the FLIR unit regularly helps maintain accuracy. Have you considered that?
