Social media microlearning for ride ops

Has anyone tried 10-minute, on-shift microlearning to teach ride ops and food crews how to capture brand-safe UGC and nudge guests to tag the park? I’m rolling out two modules in March at our Orlando property using Sprout Social, a simple shot list, and quick role-plays, with a goal of +15% positive mentions — what stuck, what flopped, and what you’d change?

Try a 10‑minute “reset capture” drill in March: during one slow cycle, ops grab one 5‑sec clip, save a Sprout draft, then scan a console QR so you can tie drafts and resulting tags back to that ride and prompt. @rachael_moore99 did you track drafts‑per‑shift vs positive mentions, or only the +15% outcome?
