Looking for Ideas on Event Theming

I’ve been tasked with coordinating our next seasonal event, and I’m really trying to think outside the box with the theming. Last year’s ‘Winter Wonderland’ was a hit, but I’d love to hear what unique themes you’ve all explored that really resonated with guests. Any tips on how you scheduled activities or engaged with park staff would be super helpful.

Have you ever tried a ‘Mystery Adventure’ theme? It can be a blast — guests solve clues scattered around the park to unlock experiences, kind of like a live-action escape room! We did it last year, and not only did it keep everyone engaged, but the competitive spirit made it even more fun.

Consider a ‘Journey Through Time’ theme. Each area of the park could represent a different era, complete with themed activities and costumes. We did this for a week-long event last spring, and it really brought out creativity in both guests and staff.

I love the idea of combining a scavenger hunt with seasonal themes. Last year, we did a ‘Harvest Fest’ where guests had to find hidden pumpkins for prizes. It really created a buzz and got everyone involved.
