We’ve been hard at work enhancing the guest experience, and I wanted to share some updates… Starting next month, we’ll be introducing a new mobile app feature that allows guests to book their character meet-and-greets directly from their phones. It’s all about making their days smoother and more enjoyable, and I can’t wait to see how it transforms their visits.
